The Libanona Ecology Centre based in Fort Dauphin, Madagascar is a registered Malagasy Non Governmental Organisation:

regulated by the Law N° 96-030 of the 14th August 1997.

The Libanona Ecology Centre is accredited as a educational centre by the Malagasy Higher Education Authorities: 

According to the Decree n°534- 2005/MENRS of the 24th February 2005 carrying authorization of opening of a called Private Institution of higher education : Centre Ecologique de Libanona » and Decree n° 4112/2009 – MESupRES of June 23rd, 2009 carrying authorization of opening  of the training called : Gestion de l’environnement au service du développement” till BACC+3 level within CEL at Fort Dauphin.
